There is a problem which is a historical problem is not new and must be found, within the English state or outside of it there I do not enter-one solution. A solution that respects the rights of the Basques, a solution that leads to peace. Separately or included in a special way in the English State, it will have to happen someday. Never occur, if a minority is no other way to get what is supposed to the Basque people's ideal that the path of violence, crime, indiscriminate murder.
